1. Delivery method
After server-side confirmation of a successful Razorpay payment, the service issues the purchased practice credits to the purchaser email and protected purchase credential. The homepage and Access My Tests page display the available balance and eligible unfinished attempts.
2. Delivery time
Delivery is normally immediate. A bank, network, fraud review or payment webhook may create a short delay. If money is deducted but access is not visible, do not pay again. Retain the payment reference and contact support.
3. What one credit includes
One credit starts one randomized 60-question, 45-minute Marlins English Test practice assessment, immediate section scoring, a one-page performance record and online result verification. Each attempt has its own question selection and result.
4. Multi-test packs
A three-test purchase issues three credits and a five-test purchase issues five credits. The interface marks each credit as available or used and shows the remaining balance. Each successfully created attempt consumes one credit. Completing or failing a test does not affect the other credits.
5. Access period
Unused credits normally expire 30 days after confirmed payment. A started attempt is intended to be completed within 24 hours and may be invalid after its server expiry. Expired or abandoned credits have no cash value and are handled under the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
6. Purchase confirmation and access on another browser
After payment verification, a purchase-confirmation email is sent to the purchaser email with the plan, credits, amount, validity, payment references, backup access code and recovery link. After a completed test, the result details and PDF performance record are also emailed. Delivery can occasionally be delayed by the recipient's mail provider, so the on-screen backup code should also be saved. You may restore eligible credits and unfinished attempts on another browser through Access My Tests. Verify the exact purchaser email with a one-time code, or enter the private backup access code shown after payment. The email code is short-lived and single-use; the backup code should be kept confidential. Candidate details are saved automatically in that browser until its stored site data is cleared.
7. When a credit is consumed
A credit is consumed only after the server verifies access and successfully creates a new attempt. Opening checkout, closing the payment window, visiting candidate details or failing payment does not consume a credit. A temporary start failure before creation should not reduce the balance.
8. Support, repair and records
Keep the order reference, Razorpay payment ID and backup access code. If a confirmed paid order did not issue access, support can repair the missing entitlement after verification. For a separately approved service exception, support may issue a private, audited access code with a defined credit count and expiry. Never provide a card number, UPI PIN, banking password or a bank OTP; only enter this website's access code in the Access My Tests page.
9. Service limitations
Delivery supplies independent practice only. It does not supply an official Marlins English Test, Aramco assessment, employer approval, employment service or recognised proficiency certificate.
