1. Final-sale rule
To the fullest extent permitted by law, purchases are final once digital access is delivered and are non-refundable after any credit is used. You expressly request immediate delivery rather than waiting for any cooling-off period that may otherwise apply, where local law permits that request.
2. No refund for outcome or preference
No refund is due because a candidate scores poorly, fails, does not improve, changes their mind, no longer needs the service, misunderstands the independent-practice notice, is rejected by an employer or official provider, does not use credits before expiry, or prefers a different question, voice, accent, format or difficulty.
3. Device and connectivity exclusions
No refund is normally due for a lost, changed or shared device; cleared browser data; forgotten purchase details; unsupported browser; muted audio; discharged battery; blocked network; poor internet; local printing or PDF software; or interruption outside our reasonable control. Support may attempt access restoration when ownership can be verified.
4. Eligible issues
Subject to verification, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law for a duplicate charge, confirmed payment with no delivered credits, a credit that cannot be used because of a reproducible material defect in our service, a service cancelled before delivery, or digital access materially different from what was advertised.
5. Remedy priority
Where lawful and appropriate, the first remedy is correction, restoration or a replacement credit. A refund may be approved when the issue cannot be remedied within a reasonable time or when applicable law requires it. A partly used multi-test pack is not normally refundable in full; any lawful refund may reflect access already supplied or consumed.
6. Reporting deadline and evidence
Report a problem through Contact Support as soon as possible and preferably within seven days of the charge or incident. Include the candidate name, date, amount, device, local order reference and Razorpay payment ID. Screenshots may be requested. This reporting window does not remove a longer non-waivable statutory right.
7. Investigation
A support submission is not refund approval. We may compare payment, entitlement, attempt, result, security and support records; request reasonable identity or transaction evidence; reject incomplete, fraudulent or duplicate claims; and suspend affected credits while a dispute is investigated.
8. Approved refunds
An approved refund is normally sent to the original payment method. Processing may take 7–10 business days after approval, and the bank or provider may take longer. Currency conversion, bank fees and payment-provider processing are outside our control except where law states otherwise.
9. Chargebacks
If access was correctly delivered, an unjustified chargeback may result in immediate suspension of remaining credits and preservation of evidence for the payment provider. Contact support first so a genuine duplicate charge, missing credit or unauthorised transaction can be investigated promptly, unless non-waivable law permits otherwise.
10. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes refunds, replacement, correction or other remedies that applicable consumer law requires for deficient, defective, late or misdescribed digital services. Where this policy conflicts with a non-waivable right, that right prevails.
